No. This is a concentrate. Mix with water according to the final instructions for your selected formula.
Removing dirt can recover losses caused by soiling. It does not increase a panel’s rated output, and no fixed percentage gain is promised.
Check your panel manufacturer’s instructions and the cleaner’s approved compatibility guidance before application. Neutral pH alone does not prove compatibility with every coating.
