Global Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at sanlarixofficial@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method selected.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Sanlarix ships to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and most international locations. Please ensure the address is accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is dispatched. This email will contain tracking information, which will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Sanlarix is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Damaged or Lost Goods
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit:
- Inspect your package upon delivery and report visible damage to the carrier immediately.
- Contact us at sanlarixofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Retain the original packaging and damaged goods for inspection or return.
Sanlarix is not liable for goods damaged or lost during shipping but will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Delivery Information
Accurate Delivery Estimates
Use the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" tool in your shopping basket after adding items. This will calculate shipping costs and delivery options based on the quantity of goods, weight, and destination.
What to Expect
- Orders may ship from multiple distribution centers, so items may not arrive together.
- Standard deliveries are kerbside only, meaning couriers will not unpack or assemble items.
Point of Delivery
Upon delivery, ensure the number of packages matches the delivery note before signing. A signed consignment note confirms receipt of goods.
Redelivery
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Ensure someone is available to receive the package. Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.
Packaging
Large orders may arrive palletized for protection during transit. Pallets and packaging must be disposed of or recycled by the customer. For alternative delivery arrangements, contact us prior to placing your order.
